How did a young woman recover from pain, digestive issues, anxiety and depression after a life-changing pancreatic tumor?
In this episode, I’m talking with Leah Drew, who at a young age experienced a dramatic health event that changed the course of our life. She ultimately learned that she had a pancreatic tumor that, though benign, required the removal of a large portion of her pancreas. Following that, she experienced a host of symptoms from severe pain and digestive issues to significant anxiety and depression.
She eventually found her way to a healing diet and mind-body practices that helped her work through the emotional and physical trauma that she held in her body.
In our conversation you’ll hear…
- The powerful physical and emotional steps she found the most healing
- The turning points in her life that enabled her to take back control of her health and become what she calls a self-healer
- The mindset that was pivotal to helping her move forward in a place of power
- Some of the most game-changing mind-body steps she discovered
- And her advice for others on a healing path
